I Need Another Week....or Two

So here is my new years resoultion....to have more content on here than stupid videos. Hopefully it wont be too boring.


So not a whole lot has has happened sinse my last entry. I am enjoying my last day of Christmas break which was more hectic that most year. Big news is that La Tech made a bowl game. Yes it was the Independece Bowl..but it was a bowl game and we grabed the win, which i will talk about in a min.Made a total of 7 trips back and forth down I-20 between Louisiana and Texas which was no bueno but it was worth it.

Recap:

Saturday and Sunday Decembe 20th and 21st-

Drove in from school early Saturday. Me and my parents had our fam christmas satuday night and sunday morning. Since we are in Louisiana Christmas eve and Christmas day, me and the parents have ours a few days early. Opened up presents Sunday morning, went to mass and hung around the crib sunday.

Monday- Drove with the fam back to Louisiana. Caught a Louisiana Tech TCU basketball game. La Tech won which was a solid win. Our mens b-ball program is a work in process so to see a solid win like that is great.

Wendsday- Christmas eve with my moms side of the fam in Farmerville which is 30 mins outside of Ruston.

Thursday-Christmas day with my dads side of the fam in Shreveport

Friday-Drove to Southern Oklahoma for a quick hunting trip withmy dad and other people.


Sturday: Hunted then spent the night in Argyle

Sunday: Drove back to Shreveport forthe big Independence Bowl.I made the front page of the Shreveport paper. Awkard pic but was funny. Anywa, it was awesome. Won 17 to 10 against N. Illinois. It was fun stuff







Monday: Fireworks

Tueday: Drove back to Argyle. Grab dinner with freinds
Wednesday through Saturday: Hung out in Texas

Life.....

First I would like to take time to apolpogise to you blog readers. I promised to get on here a whole lot more and keep you people up to date.But I havent held up my end of the promise so starting right now, I promise to get on here more.

Now to the important stuff.

To do a spark note versiopn of what has happened the past month:

1) Tech Football did beat Miss St.
-Currenetly at 2-2

2) My classes are more stressful than I thought they would be.

3) I am still a single man so ladies, dont worry.

4) Am tossing around the idea of going to get my masters.

Life.


Sometimes Life is a confusing thing. I have been having many of nights thinking about where this crazy roller coaster of life will take me. The nexts year and a half is the most important of my life and I still am at a crossroads of what I want to do. But in the fog of confusion that life brings, we need not to forget that family and friends are the most important things we can hold to in life. No matter how good or bad things may get, they are always there. So take a min. and appriciate what you have and not worry so much about the future.

Back to School....

Yea so it is that time again to pack up and head out back to Ruston. This summer was a great one with the good ol family vacation to Boston, Dave Matthews concert, and seeing everyone. But as my Junior year starts in a couple weeks, it is a scary thought that I am getting closer to the getting a job and into the real working world. But good news though, Tech and Mississippi St on August 30th on ESPN 2. I am excited because it will be a huge game and a chance for my school to be on the national stage. Anyway, back to packing and stuff. Head out on tuesday or wednesday.
